Delivery Terms
Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We aim to deliver to Mainland UK within 3-5 working days & Worldwide within 7-14 days.

Our aim is to keep the delivery charges to a minimum our current policy for postage is as follows:

Postage costs, depend on the product purchased and the country of delivery. A combined postage fee operates.

Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with our products, so if you are unhappy with, then you have the right to cancel your order/replacement, without any reason and any time within seven working days (from the day you have received the goods).
Please write an email to susanmedium@msn.com explaining the reason you would like to return your items.

The reason why you would like to return the product/s
Let us know if you would like a refund or replacement.
You are liable to pay return postage of the original order and you have to pay price differences and extra postage charge for the replacement of the product.

We will send you confirmation of your cancellation by email. You will then have 10 days to return your order to us.

Must send the original packaging
Package your return up securely.
Take reasonable care of the goods and not use them.
Send your return to us as soon as you can after you receive an order cancellation email from us.
Please use a recorded or secure delivery method to return your order to us. You are responsible for the return postage cost (unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or it is damaged).
Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when the returned item has been received by us. We recommend that proof of dispatch is obtained in case of loss in transit.

Returned items must be received in their original packaging and in perfect condition. This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, it’s expected to be returned in the same way. Unsealed/used items are not resalable, and therefore, not accepted for refunds if returned. No refunds will be offered for orders past 14 days from date of purchase.
All merchandise returned that is opened or not in original packaging will be discarded. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for such merchandise.

Customer Service
At Susan’s Crystals, our goal is to offer an excellent service meeting the uppermost possible standards.
We aim to dispatch your goods the same working days of receipt of your order, if ordered before 3:00pm. Goods may be sent by either standard (royal mail 2nd Class post) or Royal Mail Tracked.

If you are not satisfied with your order, then you may return the item within 7 days (at your cost) back to us for a full refund. Once received you will be refund via PayPal.

You can pay using your PayPal account or debit or credit cards through the PayPal system.
